Thank you for your interest in Performance Health. We work with patients who have out-of-network insurance benefits. Once we have your information, we will pre-qualify your insurance for all out-of-network benefits, deductibles and co-insurance rates.
Our massage therapists are trained corrective manual therapists who excel in providing relief to our patients through soft/deep/sports massage. These techniques help alleviate pain, fatigue, and increase blood flow, which will decrease muscle stiffness and tightness.
No, not at all! In fact, most of Performance Health’s patients are non-athletes who come in with orthopedic conditions. We do specialize in athletic care, but Performance Health’s patients range from professional athletes to weekend warriors, to patients with general symptoms, such as back pain.
Most sessions last between 30 and 60 minutes, depending on your individualized plan of care.
At the present time, Performance Health does not participate with Medicare.
Please bring photo identification (acceptable forms of ID include driver’s license, school ID, or valid state ID), your insurance card, and completed patient forms from our website. Patient forms can also be provided and filled out at our office.
Please wear comfortable clothing (e.g. workout attire) that allows us to treat the body part we are examining.
If you are unable to attend your appointment as scheduled, please call 24 hours or one business day prior to your appointment in order to avoid a late cancellation/no show charge.
